At Soul Collective, therapy is rooted in somatic and evidence-informed approaches, guided by the simple, grounding power of human connection and nature.
Together, we’ll:

At Soul Collective, therapy is rooted in somatic, evidence informed approaches and the simple power of human presence.
Counselling sessions are available in-person in Vancouver or online across BC.

Partner Therapy
For couples, friends, or family members wanting to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and repair what feels strained.

Therapy with me is built with an understanding of first responder life the weight of the work, and the stress that doesn’t always stay at work.
